This mixed media collage, created using all hand painted, pressed and printed papers, with it's rustic jar, holding a bunch of hopeful flowers, reminded me of the pottery and ceramics found in Pompeii...perhpas that's because I recently watched a documentary series on the excavation of Pompeii...either way, the name works for me!
